# 제 9조

1. 각 사원 간 분쟁 또는 사원과 임원진간의 모든 분쟁은 인사혁신위원회에서 해결한다.
   1. 모든 인사혁신위원회 위원은 분쟁 해결 위원 자격을 겸한다.
2. 인사혁신위원회 위원과 의 분쟁의 경우 분쟁중인 인사혁신위원회 위원은 분쟁 해결 과정에 해결 위원으로 참여 하지 못한다.
