# 제 12조

1. 본 규정은 항공사를 입사 후 단기간에 퇴사하여 타 항공사로 이직하는 행위인 경업을 금지하기 위한다.
2. 본 경업금지 규정을 통해 항공사의 내부 정보 및 사원을 보호한다.
3. 모든 사원은 항공사 입사 직후 20일 이내 타 가상항공사로 이직할 수 없으며, 40일 이내 타 항공사의 임원직(관리직)을 수행할 수 없다.
4. 본 규정을 미 준수 시 경고 2회를 지급하며 추후 재입사 신청 시 불이익이 발생한다.
