# 제 1조

1. 모든 사원은 규정이 허용하는 범위 내에서 불만 사항의 구제를 임원진에 청원할 권리를 가진다.
2. 모든 사원은 규정에 대한 불만을 청원 하여 규정을 변경 및 삭제 요청 할 수 있는 권리를 가지며, 이 경우 임원진 회의를 진행하여 최종 결정 한다.
