# 제 6조

1. 중요 안건에 대한 신속한 처리를 위해 신속처리안건(패스트트랙) 제도를 도입한다.
2. 신속처리안건의 지정은 다음 각 호에 해당하는 조건이 하나라도 만족하면 지정된다.
   1. 고위급 임원진의 안건 지정
   2. 각 팀장이 안건 지정
   3. 명예직의 요청에 의한 안건 지정
   4. 각 팀의 팀장을 제외한 구성원 2명 이상의 요청
3. 신속처리안건에 안건이 지정되면 해당 팀의 팀장은 24시간 이내 해당 안건에 대한 회의를 주재하여야 하고 팀원의 과반수 이상이 참여해야한다.
   1. 24시간 이내 해당 안건에 대한 회의가 주재 되지 않을시, 2일이내 팀장 아닌 일반 팀원만으로도 회의를 주재해야 한다.
   2. 단, 일반 팀원만으로 진행하여 의결된 회의일 경우 의결되었을지라도 팀장의 승인이 없으면 효력이 발생하지 않는다.
