# 제 5조

1. 팀장급 이상의 임원진은 임기중 어떠한 경고도 받지 않는다.
   1. 단, 위반 정도가 높다 판단 되는 경우에는 고위급 임원진의 회의를 통해 처분 한다.
2. 고위급 임원진의 최대 수위 처분인 해임의 경우 처분 대상 고위급 임원진을 제외한 임원진 과반수 이상의 동의와 명예직 과반수 이상의 동의를 얻어야 가능하다.
3. 팀장급 임원진의 해직은 고위급 임원진 과반수 이상의 동의를 통해서만 가능 하다.
