# 제 3조

1. 모든 임원진은 Elysia Airways의 원할한 운영을 위해 본인이 맡은 업무를 성실히 수행 해야 한다.
2. 모든 임원진은 임원진으로서 모범을 보여야 한다.
3. 인사혁신위원회의 경우 모든 임원진 및 사원에 대한 인사권을 가진다. 규정을 위반 한 모든 임원진 및 사원에 대해 조치를 취할 수 있으며 각 조치에는 조치자 본인 및 인사혁신위원회 위원장의 책임이 따른다.
4. 모든 임원진은 경고 누적 2회시 즉시 권한 회수되며 다음 기수때가지 임원진지원을 가질 수 없다. 다만 운영에 지장이 있다고 판단 될시 고위 임원진의 회의를 통해 조절 가능하다.
5. 모든 임원진은 겸직 할 수 없으나 일반 임원진의 경우 인사혁신위원회의 판단 및 각 팀장의 요청에 따라 겸직을 일부 허용 한다.
6. 모든 임원진은 고위급 임원진 또는 팀장급 이상 임원진의 승인하에 자회사 경영 지원 목적의 그룹사간 중복가입을 허용한다.
