# 제 2조

1. 명예직은 Elysia Group에 공이 큰 임원진 또는 사원중 Elysia Airways의 CEO 및 VP의 추천을 통해서만 후보자로 할 수 있다.
2. 명예직 후보자는 Elysia Airways 임원진 과반수 이상의 동의를 통해 명예직 임명 될 수 있다.
3. 명예직의 해직은 Elysia Airways의 CEO 및 VP 모두의 동의를 통해서만 가능 하다.
4. 명예직은 Elysia Group의 모든 권한을 가지며, 의견 제시시 의견을 최대한 반영한다.
5. 명예직은 규정 위반시 처분을 면할 수 있다. 다만 정도가 심하다 판단되는경우 처분 될 수 있다.
6. 임기가 진행중인 임원진이 명예직에 임명될 경우 임원진 임기가 끝나는 즉시 명예직 권한 효력이 발생한다.
7. 1. 다음 기수 임원진에 재선임 될 경우 임기가 끝나지 않은 걸로 판단한다.
   2. 임명이 확정된 명예직 후보자의 임원진 임기가 진행 중이라도, 고위급 임원진의 승인이 있을 시 명예직 임기가 시작되기 전부터 명예직 권한을 사용할 수 있다.
8. 평생 명예직으로 임명된 명예직은 퇴사 후에도 명예직 권한이 유지된다.
9. 평생 명예직은 퇴사 후 본인이 원할시 언제든지 재입사가 가능하다.
10. 평생 명에직은 퇴사 후에도 본인이 원할시 Elysia Group의 운영에 참여 할 수 있다.
