# 제6조

1. 이 규정에서 자회사는 엘리시아항공이 기획 또는 합의를 통해 인수하여 엘리시아항공 산하에 설치한 가상항공사를 의미한다.
2. 엘리시아항공은 자회사의 모든 경영에 참여할 권한을 가지며, 자회사의 대표이사를 포함한 모든 임원진의 인사권을 가진다.
3. 엘리시아항공은 자회사의 경영 안정을 위해 필요시 분야를 막론하고 지원할 의무를 가진다.
4. 자회사의 대표이사는 자회사 경영의 자치권을 가진다.
5. 자회사의 대표이사는 자회사와 타 가상항공사간의 계약 채결을 포함한 모든 경영을 모회사(엘리시아항공)의 동의 없이 진행 할 수 있다. 다만, 모회사가 개입하여 사후 거부 할 수도 있다.
6. 자회사 소속의 고위급 임원진을 포함한 모든 임원진은 모회사인 엘리시아항공의 팀장 진 인사를 포함한 모든 인사권을 가질 수 없다.
7. 24.12.29 22:30 부로 본 조항의 효력을 중지한다.
