1. 엘리시아항공의 인사업무 및 안정 운영을 위해 인사혁신위원회를 구성한다.
2. 인사혁신위원회는 VP 산하 직속 위원회이다.
3. 인사혁신위원회 위원의 임기는 기본 2개월로 한다.
4. 인사혁신위원회는 위원장, 임원위원, 사원위원 으로 구성하며 아래와 같으며 각 세부사항은 임원진 구조에 따른다.

5. 인사혁신위원회는 엘리시아항공 산하 가상항공사를 포함한 엘리시아항공그룹 전체의 인사권을 가진다.
