1. Elysia Group의 지분은 다음과 같이 한다. 지분 보유자의 지분 행사는 제1장 제7조에 따른다.
   1. 문성영: 5%
   2. 이규원: 20%
   3. 오유찬: 40%
   4. 최병인: 25%
   5. 임기중인 명예직(각 명예직에게 1/N): 10%
   6. a\~c의 지분 보유자가 명예직일 경우 명예직 지분을 합한 지분이 최종 보유 지분이 된다.
2. 고위 임원진은 CEO, VP으로 규정한다.
3. Elysia Group CEO는 공동 CEO로 하며 오유찬, 이규원 으로 구성 한다.
