본 규정은 Elysia Airways의 내부 문제를 해결하고 법적인 문제로부터 멤버와 커뮤니티를 보호하기 위해 제정되었으며, RFS KOREA 네이버카페(이하 카페), 카카오톡 오픈채팅방(이하 오픈채팅방), 디스코드 서버, 모든 비행 시뮬레이터(이하 시뮬레이터) 및 멀티플레이 플랫폼(이하 멀티서버), 기타 Elysia Airways관련 커뮤니티에서 지위고하를 막론하고 모든 멤버에게 적용 된다.
